Oakham (Leicestershire, formerly Rutland)
Two figures (one on, the other from) the outside of the Great Hall of the
12th century castle.
Above is a very damaged figure with goat's feet (?) and one hand to its groin. It might be a female - or a masturbating male.
On
the right is a gargoylish lion, definitely, but not exaggeratedly, male,
with similarly curious back legs.

The human figure resonates somewhat with a figure in a niche on the façade of Wells cathedral.
This anal exhibitionist can be seen on the 14th century church
porch at Oakham.
This figure looks very much as if it is a re-used Romanesque corbel.
